DELIVERY SHORTAGES AND DAMAGED ITEMS MUST BE
REPORTED WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS OF DELIVERY.
Two easy steps will ensure a smooth returns process. These steps pertain to ANY and ALL Returns.
- Call or email our Customer Service Department for approval. Please have the following information available:
A. Your account name
B. The invoice number
C. Quantity to be returned
D. Manufacturer part number
E. Reason for the return
- Our customer service department will issue an RA(return authorization) and call tag for pick up.
- Machines, furniture and electronic equipment require complete packaging and paperwork for return, and may be subject to unique return requirements and restocking fees. Please check with customer service for more information on your specific situation.
- Items requiring assembly are non-returnable once assembled.
- Custom items are non-returnable.
- For special order items from outside our full-line catalog, return privileges vary; please call customer service for information.
Buffalo Office Supply offers an 85% refund on all undamaged and resellable items from our Full Line Annual Catalog returned after 30 days but within 60 days of original order. For order-errors and mis-ships, all packing materials must be complete and included and item in resellable condition. Defective items older than 26 days fall under manufacturer's warranty; please refer to your warranty information.
Buffalo Office Supply can offer no refund on items from our full-line catalog beyond 60 days from original order.
Delivery
Buffalo Office Supply typically delivers next day for orders placed before 12PM EST. Please contact customer service directly if next day delivery is a necessity for your order.
- Orders under $50.00 may require a $10.00 handling charge.
- Fed-Ex priority delivery may incur an additional charge.
- Some Furniture and other large item deliveries may require additional charges.
